To ensure the highest quality, our products are all made with love and attention to details. Your order will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. You will receive an email with tracking number once your order is shipped out
SHIPPING TIMES & COSTS
We ship worldwide! All our shipping prices are in Euro (€) and all other currencies are calculated automatically from this and hence should be regarded as a guide only. Please note that business days DO NOT include weekends or public holidays.
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

Delivery Delays: During busy sale periods or new collection launches, your order may not always be delivered within the specified delivery timeframes. We are unable to provide compensation to customers for any unexpected delays with your delivery once the item has been despatched from our warehouse.
Customs Charges: The prices within the online store do not include relevant overseas duties and other customs charges you may incur. These costs are imposed by your local customs office and are outside of our control. Please familiarise yourself with your country's customs charges and levies prior to placing an order. Joyful Activity™ is not responsible if customers are not notified by their country's postal authority that items are awaiting payment of customs duties and taxes.
Delayed, lost, or damaged shipments are not the responsibility of Joyful Activity. Upon delivery of the products, you must inspect the products for any shortage or quality issues. You will be deemed to have accepted the products upon delivery and waived the right to make any claim unless you notify Joyful Activity in writing within 10 days of receiving the products to joyfulactivity.info@gmail.com.  If Joyful Activity has provided you with more products than what you ordered, you must also notify us and return the surplus Products to us (we will bear the shipping costs).
Risk in the Products will pass to you upon delivery to you. Joyful Activity is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels that are delivered to the address provided during checkout. In the event that the parcel is missing, you are responsible to contact the carrier or local authorities. We won’t be able to send you another parcel or make a refund. The responsibility of the parcel will pass to you upon our delivery of the product(s) to the carrier.
All delivery times quoted to you are indicative only. Products may be delivered in one or more parts. To the extent permitted by law, we do not accept any liability whatsoever for delayed delivery caused by any third party.
All shipping times exclude clearance/customs delays and any other delays caused by circumstances that are outside of our control.
Please note that all shipping time frames are from the date of dispatch, not the date that your order is made.
MY TRACKING SAYS “NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 1-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
