RETURN & REFUND POLICY

RETURN PROCESS:

Please send an email to joyfulactivity.info@gmail.com along with a photo of the products you are returning.

• Once approved, we will provide you with a return merchandise authorization number and mailing information

• Ensure your return is well packaged and meets all the conditions outlined below.

• Please mark your order number clearly on the outer packaging of your parcel.

• Use an insured tracking delivery service to ensure your parcel reaches us safely.

• Send a follow-up email with your tracking information to joyfulactivity.info@gmail.com

• Please note all items on sale are final sale and cannot be returned.

Returns Terms and Guidelines:

• All returned items must be unused, unopened, and complete with original plastic wrapping.

• We are not responsible for the return shipping costs of the items,

• Please make sure all returned items are well packaged, so as not to be damaged in the post.

• Please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service for your protection and prompt delivery. We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.

• Please make sure that the returns form has been approved - We cannot ensure that we will be able to properly locate and handle your return or exchange without the return authorization and the correct return address

• All returns must be made within 30 days of the order date.

We don't provide return shipping labels at this time. The original shipping cost (if any) is non-refundable unless otherwise informed by our customer service team. All item(s) must be unworn and in the original condition with the original packaging and all tags attached. Any garments that appear to have been worn, washed, or altered in any way will not qualify for a refund.
If a return does not adhere to the requirements, it may be sent back at additional cost to the customer.
 
Prices, Payment, and Product Availability

The prices of products are correct at the time of publication on our website.
We reserve the right to change prices on our website without prior notification. Occasionally, errors can occur. If there has been an error in the price of goods that you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible. On these occasions, you can choose to either cancel your order or reorder it at the correct price. If we are unable to contact you about an incorrect price we will cancel your order. Any payments which have already been made will be refunded.

All goods are priced in €, and all other currencies are calculated automatically from this and hence should be regarded as a guide only.
Limitation of Liability: Although we take every care to ensure accuracy, we make no warranties as to the accuracy of the information we place on our web pages. The extent of our liability for any breach of these terms and conditions shall be limited to the value of the goods ordered by you in the relevant transaction.
Once an order has been made, you must pay the price stated on our website as being the purchase price for the relevant products (subject to the below paragraphs). It is your responsibility to confirm what is in your cart prior to making a purchase. We do not provide refunds for products that are mistakenly purchased. Payment may only be made in the methods provided on our website. We will not ship any ordered products until payment for those products have been received. Unless otherwise stated, the price of our products does not include shipping and handling costs.
By placing an order with us, you warrant and represent to us that:
 

• You understand the nature and effect of these Terms and agree to be bound by them;

• You are authorized and legally permitted to purchase the products being ordered;

• You are authorized and legally permitted to effect payment for the products being ordered using the payment method selected;

• The information provided to us in connection with your purchase is accurate and complete.

• You agree to indemnify us against any and all expenses, losses, damages, or costs that we may sustain or incur in connection with any breach by you of the above warranties.

Responsibilities of the Customer

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all information given on your order form is complete and accurate. Where information given by the customer is incomplete, misleading or incorrect the customer will be liable for any costs involved in resolving the matter. The Customer is not permitted to copy, reproduce, publish any item / image / content on the website.

Joyful Activity™ will attempt to make the product and quantities advertised on this site available at all times. However, this cannot always be guaranteed.
Joyful Activity™ does not make any warranties with respect to the availability of its products and will not be liable for any products that are not available at the time of your checkout. The customer will be notified as soon as is reasonably possible when this occurs and advised on what to do to solve this problem. With the exception of those products purchased on a subscription basis, Joyful Activity™ prices are subject to change without notice.
Joyful Activity™ reserves the right to refuse or terminate/cancel orders when there has been website malfunction or error such as technical difficulty, an incorrect price has been displayed, or your billing or shipping information is incorrect, we have grounds to believe that you are not authorized or legally permitted to make the relevant purchase, we have grounds to believe that you have breached these Terms or any force majeure events have occurred.
Notification to the customer will be facilitated immediately after this has been notified to us and any payment already received from the customer will be refunded.

Promotions

We may, from time to time, run promotions where certain products, or a combination of products, are offered for sale at a discounted price.
All promotions are subject to availability and while stocks last.
Any products purchased outside of the advertised time frame set out by Joyful Activity will not be eligible for the promotional price. Where there is no promotion period specified, the relevant promotion will end when it is discontinued on Joyful Activity platforms.
